What it does

The DL1000B-WIFI stick collects inverter data and sends working status and generation to Deye Cloud over WiFi, so you can monitor a PV plant without standing at the inverter.

WiFi 2.4GHz and Bluetooth BLE. MODBUS transparent transmission, custom commands, local/remote firmware upgrade, inverter parameter adjustment and remote debugging. BLE local mode in the app reads live inverter data on site. If WiFi drops, the stick keeps saving data and backfills Cloud when it reconnects.

Match the inverter before you order

The stick is USB. To fit the inverter, this pack includes a DPI board and data cable. Replace the original DPI board, then plug the logger into USB. Different inverter families need different boards and cables — that is why this page has several options.

Install, lights and environment

USB: VCC DC 5V (≥1.5W), RXD/TXD 3.3V TTL UART, GND. NET blue on = Cloud connected. COM blue on = inverter comms OK. Plug and play after the DPI swap. Typical swap about 15–20 minutes.

What is the DL1000B-WIFI data logger?

A WiFi data stick that collects inverter performance and sends it to Deye Cloud. Remote monitoring, firmware updates and diagnostics for a Deye inverter — from the app or web portal.

What connectivity does it offer?

WiFi 2.4GHz for Cloud, Bluetooth BLE 5.3 for local app setup. WiFi keeps uploading; BLE is for on-site work without the home network.

How often does it update data?

Default every 1 minute (1–30 mins optional) with automatic backfill if the link drops. When WiFi returns, stored points upload so the history stays complete.

Which inverters are compatible?

Deye inverters, but the DPI board and cable change by family. Select SG05LP3 14–20kW, SG02LP1, SG05LP3/SG01LP1/SG01/SG02HP3, or SG03/SG04/SG05LP1/SG04LP3. 4G, ETH and DL2000B Wifi are listed separately. This is not DYNT-WIFI.

Are data and firmware handled in Cloud?
