High-voltage lithium battery 130–700V. Charge/discharge 37A on 5kW and 6kW, 55A on 8kW, 10kW and 12kW. One battery input, BMS self-adaptation, six charge/discharge windows. Off-grid peak 1.5× rated for 10s. Diesel generator energy can be stored in the battery. Multiple batteries in parallel.

The Deye SUN-5/6/8/10/12K-SG02HP3-EU-DM2 series couples PV, a high-voltage battery, grid, backup loads and a diesel generator. Specify 5kW, 6kW, 8kW, 10kW or 12kW, or AC-couple it to an existing solar system.

Can I add storage to an existing PV plant?

Yes. AC coupling lets you retrofit this hybrid inverter onto an existing solar system without replacing the original grid-tied inverter.

Does it support a diesel generator?

Yes. The inverter can store generator energy in the battery for weak-grid, off-grid and backup sites.

How does cooling differ by model?

5kW and 6kW use natural cooling. 8kW, 10kW and 12kW use intelligent air cooling. Noise is ≤45dB.

What warranty is included?
